Description

This course is designed for Kentucky agents.  Agents completing this course will be provided with an overview of contract law relating to insurance policy language and the understanding and interpretation of policy language. Included also will be the rules of reading policies, understanding how to read exclusions and exceptions to exclusions, and interpreting keywords and phrases.
