Description

The Big I Kentucky Emerging Leaders Summit is a comprehensive leadership development and sales management program tailored to meet the needs of independent insurance agents of Kentucky. Developed by the Don and Cathy Jacobs Executive Education Center and hosted in the Gatton College of Business and Economics, this program will prepare your emerging leaders for the challenges that lie ahead. Over the course of this 2.5 day event on campus in Lexington, agents will be given the tools to become more professional and more productive as they progress through their careers.
